Hi Oloni, I asked earlier about the guy that sent the unwanted gift…. A couple of my girls reckon I shouldn’t return the gift, however I find it borderline psychotic that someone would send a present like that. They reckon I’m exaggerating. What do you think? 16. June 2015

If you don’t want them say thank you & return it.

I am a young female who never really used to talk to males before however over the recent months, I’ve had quite a few guys interested in me. The only problem is that all of them are guys who I have no real interest in, most probably because of the fact that I just assume that they all just want one thing from me. Sex. As I am a virgin, a lot of the guys I’ve ‘been with’ have made it seem as if my virginity is a challenge or obstacle to overcome. I don’t want to become one of those girls who believe “All guys are the same” and how they all want sex, as I feel like I may potentially lose out on something good because of this way of thinking. Am I just being silly? Should I allow myself to be more open with these guys? Thanks in advance. 16. June 2015

Get to know these guys more! There’s no doubt that a majority of guys are after sex, but there are still plenty who want something meaningful. Try to date some guys and don’t let the focus be about sex, enjoy the early stages.. Sometimes it’s the best.

Hey.. Was wandering if you could help me out a tad. Around a month ago i got in touch with my ex. More recently we decided to try again. She asked me since we have been apart if I had been with anyone else. I told her I had slept with one other person. To this she responded that it means I never loved her as I wouldn’t have been able to go through with it (sleeping with the other girl) I’m telling her this is completely false and that with the other girl its just sex with no feelings but i do love her. She says this is impossible. I am certain that if this was the other way around that I as the man would be accused of slut shaming a woman. How can I get around this? 16. June 2015

You’d only be accused of slut shaming if you slut shamed. She just sounds hurt, but if we look at this logically what you do individually when you’re not together has nothing to do with either of you. You weren’t together. If she can’t handle the truth you’ve given then you have to give her, her space till she’s ready to come around.

Hi Oloni I love your work and pray for great future success. 16. June 2015

Thank you 🙂 xx

Hi Oloni I love your work and pray for great future success. Me and my bf have been together for 8months and I love him, he lives an hour away from me on train and we see each other every week. He wants to transfer to a uni further away, which means we’ll be 4 hours away from each other. He didnt enjoy his first year of uni hence why he wants to move and I dont want to stop but I want to stay with him and it will be too hard to see him when he is 4 hours away. What should we do 16. June 2015

You consider having a ldr and schedule days where you’ll be able to see each other. Plenty of young couples in university are in long distance relationships. Plus there are other ways you can connect such as Facetime & Skype calls.
