Once you receive a confirmation email, your item will be dispatched. (All orders made before 4PM GMT will be sent on the day, anything after will be posted on the following day) Orders in the UK will take 3-5 days to be delivered. Orders to Europe may take up to 5 days and International deliveries will be 5-7 days.

Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items.
If a toy is faulty you must contact simplyoloni.ltd@gmail.com within the FIRST 7 days of receiving the toy so it can be exchanged. Please be aware that the original purchase must be sent back first in order to receive a new product.
