100 Questions eBook Review

See what Anthony Olanipekun had to say about 100 Questions when he gave it a read

Before receiving my copy of ‘100 Questions‘ I wondered whether it would be as entertaining and addictive as editor of Simply Oloni’s ask.fm feed. If you aren’t familiar with Oloni’s ask.fm then get acquainted before reading this book for a taste of what’s to come!

100 questions consists of exactly that, 100 different scenarios accompanied by questions which will make you laugh, gasp with complete shock, and sigh with sadness as women and men unload their woes and seek advice from the lady dubbed as the ‘Olivia Pope of relationships’. Following a brief introduction, the journey begins immediately as the nature of the questions are relatable and unapologetically raw!

Questions and scenarios within this book vary, we move from the least spoken about issues such as erectile dysfunction to friends with benefits to letting go of an ex! No doubt there will be something for people to relate to as Oloni advises men and women in response to a vast variety of situations which some of us probably never thought existed.

One particular question which involves betrayal between two sisters and a boyfriend, was shocking to say the least but entertaining at the same time. I can’t give too much away but it’s amazing to read about the type of things people are doing within relationships and outside of them!

Throughout the book I found myself getting advice about questions I may have had in my mind but have never voiced as some of the scenarios are familiar to myself and most likely familiar to other readers too. This is a testament to Oloni’s expertise in the field of relationships and sex as she kept her responses concise and honest without sugarcoating anything. Through reading this, women and men can be empowered to recognise their self worth and leave situations which no longer benefit them, something which is not always easy to do.

‘How can this book have no flaws?’ I hear you ask, well I’d have loved to hear from more men about their concerns and relationship issues as I may have been able to gain some more relatable advice, however it was interesting to read women’s thoughts about men in general.

The book is pretty short and 100 questions does leave you wishing there were more as I got through them quite quickly, in fact I’ve read it more than once and it’s only been out for 24 hours, I guess that’s a criticism and a compliment in the same breath. All in all, another great read I’ve been privileged to review, I’d recommend you get yourself a copy, kick back and enjoy the ride that is, 100 questions.
