A List Of Sex Acts Banned By UK Law

On Monday a new legislation was introduced stating that some sexual acts produced in the UK has now been banned.

The list that was shared was seen as ‘sexist’ and ‘arbitrary’ said critics.

Here are some of the acts:

  • Spanking
  • Caning
  • Aggressive whipping
  • Penetration by any object “associated with violence”
  • Physical or verbal abuse (regardless of if consensual)
  • Urolagnia (known as “water sports”)
  • Female ejaculation
  • Strangulation
  • Facesitting
  • Fisting

Many complained that the list seemed pretty sexist, especially with acts such as female ejaculation or even face sitting being banned.

Jerry Barnett, from the anti-censorship campaign Sex and Censorship, spoke to VICE UK saying: “There appear to be no rational explanations for most of the R18 rules – they’re simply a set of moral judgements designed by people who have struggled endlessly to stop the British people from watching pornography.”
